|Recommended: YesNew tenant — Riverstone apartments are very well taken care of. The ladies in the office are very sweet and helpful. The maintenance men do a great job when they are needed. The apartments are very quite and clean. I love my apartment and apartment complex. There are good vibes all around, it is a very peaceful place.

|Recommended: YesBuilding 5 Review — This place is a very nice starter place for first time renters, some appliances are outdated while others are not. In unit washer dryer are the biggest reasons for choosing here.
Biggest problem are the cockroaches everywhere. See them at least 3 times a day. From morning till night they are active. Pest control came quickly after mentioning the problem, the roaches just don't seem to be deterred though. Been this way since move in day so they were already here before us all our food is in plastic containers and we vacuum sweep mop twice a week .

|Recommended: YesRiverstone Apartments — I have enjoyed living here. The community is calm, quiet and clean. It also isn’t super expensive.
|Recommended: YesOverall not a bad experience — I have been living here for over a year and while the apartments need a little bit of a modern upgrade, it was actually quite a nice experience. I lived in the back of the complex, so parking is plenty, there were no disturbing noises, my neighbors were nice, and I met many wonderful dog owners in the doggy park which was next to our building. That said, there are many irresponsible dog owners who don't pick up after their dogs, so the doggy park had a lot of animal waste because of these people. Car theft is common, so don't leave items inside your car and tires have also been stolen, so careful if you own a truck. The apartment complex infront of Riverstone, Axio, and the one next to it are full of noisy people and people that like shooting in the air so careful when renting not to pick the apartments infront of the complex. Also, drivers here don't respect the speed limit , so a lot of crazy tenants that would rather run you over than wait a few seconds. Overall, I give it 4 stars.

|Recommended: NoCheap for a reason — I would tell them if they live in the front of the complex it is incredibly noisy and there is very limited parking. When you do find parking, cars in the front of the lot were often broken into, had tires or rims stolen, or the whole car was stolen. The unremodeled units are disgusting, get a remodeled one.
