|Recommended: YesReasonable Place To Live, But Not In My Permanent Plan — I have had some issues with communication and timeliness, especially in regards to maintenance work orders and having submitted documents added to my file, but I can tell the people here want to help and to make my stay here a pleasant one. Overall I am happy enough with my experience with Riverstone Apartments.
|Recommended: YesFantastic Property That Feels Like Home — I have been a resident for the past 3 years and will be sad to leave as the leasing office facilities staff alone is one of the greatest aspects of this property.
Washer and Dryer included and great location tucked away in Medical Center. Another surprising perk is you are near the greenbelt maintained by UTSA Health with walking trails al throughout. Very pet friendly and they have done an amazing amount of upgrades for our furry friends as well.

|Recommended: YesWonderful It's Clean, Well Kept, Great Management, No Noise — I'm a Native San Antonian and have lived in several apt. complexes around the city and this is the BEST that I've ever lived in. It's so quiet and peaceful. I'm handicapped and the neighbors are really friendly and help me when I have difficulty doing things like putting my trash in the dumpster. The grounds are beautiful - there is actually grass here. Most of the complexes I've lived in has weeds' instead of grass. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

|Recommended: YesVery Good For The Price And Location — Make sure to document very well the condition of the apartment before hand as you would any apartment. and trust the maintenance staff, they are amazing
|Recommended: NoGood — Well my fiancé and I moved in about 2 months ago and our car got vandalized and we had things stolen from us. And we parked right by the stairs with the light on the car. Not happy about that and we definitely aren’t gay about that.
|Recommended: YesA Great Home To Get Started — We lived here for two years, and it was a wonderful home during that time. Our apartment was spacious and nice for the price, and I LOVED having the in unit washer dryer, and the dog park. Most of our neighbors were fantastic, and the only time our neighbors were not there was some shady business happening next door management was involved, and helpful, and made sure that we knew what courses of action were available to us - and they took our concerns seriously.
Everyone was kind and professional, and it was a really great place to live while we decided on next steps.

|Recommended: YesMoved Back After 6 Years And This Place Has Gone Downhill. — This apartment complex is absolutely trash Cars get broken into and left on center blocks with no tires. Staff doesn't seem to care at all about their residents. We have been dealing with roaches for months and the problem has yet to be resolved Every time I call the front office they are clueless or just give us attitude when trying to resolve any issues. It takes maintenance way too long to complete any task Just ridiculous
|Recommended: YesI Love How Peaceful This Area Is And It Feels Like A Safe Place To Live. — It's very quiet even though it's in the medical center. When we first moved in I thought there would be ambulance sirens all the time but we rarely hear anything. We have lived here for over eight years and I really like it here.
The office staff has always been helpful, nice and quick to get any problems taken care of.
