|Recommended: YesHere 2 Years — i've been living here for the last 2 years now and i love it here. parking is not assigned so there are times when you would have to park a little further away. once in awhile you will hear a loud car going through parking lot, but i think you get that almost anywhere you live. but overall, i love it here. maintenance is great and responds in a timely manner and the front office people have always been nice and helpful anytime i have called or had questions. definitely recommend living here. i will probably sign a new lease when my current one expires.
|Recommended: NoEasily The Worst Apartment Complex I Have Lived In — The cockroaches are permanent residents. The washer dryer room has not been fixed for months after the storm. I couldn't actually live here for 2-3 weeks after the storm due to lack of water. They also did not connect the washer dryer units for 2 weeks. They left white boot marks all over the floor twice and left my front door and patio unlocked. The carpet is dirty. The slats keep falling off and they won't actually fix it with new slats. The sink and bathtub tiles are rusty moldy. The work orders take weeks a month to complete. I don't feel safe walking around at night outside. The construction outside my apartment kept me awake during my night shifts. They really truly don't care about the residents living here. They do not sympathize at all. I regret paying 755 for an apartment that I do not feel comfortable living in.
|Recommended: YesAffordable And Good Quality — This is not a bells and whistles complex. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but so far that’s my main complaint. My in Unit dryer is older than my parents but it works very well. All in all the apartment is clean, and in great working order. On move in day my AC wasn’t working at all and in 5 minutes the super was at my door

|Recommended: NoIt's Okay. — Well the maintenance staff is really nice and problems are fixed really fast. It can be noisy depending on your neighbors, if they smoke it will smell bad in your apartment. Any smell really can go through the walls. Parking sucks after 5 pm at night there is no parking close to your unit. Units are not insulated properly gaps and holes everywhere.
|Recommended: YesGood Apartment But.... — I don't have a dog but the owners and their lack of picking up after their dog poops is a pain in the butt. I have been here several years and had to call the office to clean up the poop. The complex should fine these owners so non-pet owners and also use the grass areas

|Recommended: YesNice Area, Nice Apartments. — Riverstone apartments is located around a good area. With lots of restaurants, grocery stores and any other service. Maintenance can sometime take a while to get in contact, but they do a good job once they arrive. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent and would defintely recommend to friends and family.
